2025 18 Under 18 Nomination Form

Do you know an impressive young person who represents the future leaders, change makers, and innovators in our community? Maybe you consider yourself one of these students! If so, then Junior Achievement's 18 Under 18 Awards are designed to recognize and empower our community's up-and-coming youth! The deadline for nominations is April 1, 2025. Please note: - Completed nomination form is mandatory with contact information for the student, parent/guardian, and nominator. - A letter of reference from a teacher, coach, or community member, etc is optional to support the nomination. (Attached to nomination form or emailed to [email protected]).

A creative, academic, or other information to support the nomination is optional to support the nomination (photo, video, PowerPoint, song, poem, etc.) - attached to nomination form or emailed to [email protected]. - Please put "18 Under 18 Nomination" and the name of the nominee in the subject of the email. It is recommended that you prepare responses for this form in a separate document and save as you progress, in the event that you are unable to submit the nomination in a single sitting or encounter any errors. Interviews for finalists will take place in late March and/or early April. Finalists will receive an email inviting them to select their interview date and time. Awardees will be notified by email after the finalists' interviews. Awardees will be invited to attend the celebration ceremony at Storrowton Carriage House in West Springfield, MA on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 5pm. Awardees will receive two complimentary guest tickets to the event.
